[Ukraine]Peace Winds supports patients of damaged Children’s Hospital in Kyiv
Peace Winds has started emergency aid activities as a response to the recent Russia’s large-scale attacks on Kyiv.
On July 9th, Peace Winds delivered hygiene kits including wet tissues and waterproof sheets to a hospital in Kyiv that accepted 10 patients from the Okhmatdyt Children’s Hospital that was hit by a Russian missile on the previous day. The 10 patients are children of ages from 1 and 9 months old to 17 years old.
Doctors who moved with the patients from the Children’s Hospital emphasized the need for proper food for children with cancer in addition to consumables. Peace Winds continues to assess the needs of the host hospital and plans to provide the necessary aid.
With your help, we will be able to provide more support to the people in Ukraine. We truly appreciate your contribution. Thank you.
