PWJ responds to the flood in the Philippines
In early August, torrential rains caused by the southwest monsoons brought floods and landslide in Metro Manila and nearby provinces, more than 700,000 families or 3.3 million people were affected.
PWJ has dispatched a staff to work with its local partner, Citizen’s Disaster Response Center (CDRC), to distribute relief packages to over 5,000 flood affected households.
